Test library

Each page says what the test measures, what the candidate actually does, how the result is scored and what it will not tell you. That last part matters more than the rest.

Every test is on every plan. There is no tier that unlocks the library. You pay for the volume of candidates you assess, not for which tests you are allowed to send.

Practical tests

Small samples of the actual work. These are the ones a small team can defend if a rejected candidate asks why.

Job knowledge tests

Role specific knowledge and judgement, scored against a rubric the whole hiring team can see.

Personality and cognitive tests

Deliberately not in this library. A personality or cognitive score only means something with population norms and a validity argument behind it, and publishing one without those is how hiring teams end up unable to explain a rejection. The practical and job-knowledge tests above are defensible on content validity because they sample the work itself, which is why they are what we ship.

If a psychometric profile has to carry real weight in your decision today, the comparison page points at the vendors whose normative data goes back decades. That is a genuine reason to buy elsewhere and we would rather say so.
