Cookies
A short list, because the site uses few of them.

SharpAssessment sets no cookies of its own on this site. There is no login here to keep you signed in to.
The click counter, which is not a cookie
Whether a call to action was seen and whether it was clicked is counted first-party, by sending the page path and an event name to this site's own server. It sets no cookie, stores no identifier, and nothing you type is ever sent to it. It exists because click-through rate is the measure that decides whether this product is worth building, and that question should not require handing visitors to a third party.
What is not here
- No advertising or retargeting pixels, from anyone.
- No session recording, heatmaps or mouse tracking.
- No social media widgets or share buttons that phone home.
- No visitor de-anonymisation service that guesses which company you work for.
Inside the product
An account uses a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. An assessment in progress may use one to hold a candidate's place if the page reloads. Neither is used for tracking, advertising or profiling, and candidates get no analytics or marketing cookies at all.
Turning analytics off
- Block or delete cookies for this site in your browser settings. Nothing on the site breaks if you do.
- Install Google's own opt-out browser add-on, which stops Analytics collecting on any site.
- Most content blockers already block Google Analytics, in which case nothing here applies to you.
