Big Five personality test results and scoring guide
Each trait is the mean of ten responses, after reversing negatively keyed statements (6 minus the response). Scores range from 1 to 5. A higher number means you endorsed more of that trait, not that you ranked higher than a percentage of people. Emotional stability is the positive direction of the fourth scale. No overall personality score or pass mark exists.

Testing conditions
Rate how accurately each statement describes you as you generally are, compared with people of roughly your age. Answer honestly; there are no right or wrong responses. All 50 statements are required. The clock records elapsed time only.
Understand the dimensions
Extraversion reflects reported sociability and assertiveness. Lower and higher scores can both fit productive ways of working.
Agreeableness describes reported concern for and cooperation with others. It is not a measure of moral worth.
Conscientiousness describes reported organisation, reliability and attention to obligations.
Emotional stability describes reported calmness versus emotional reactivity. It does not assess a mental-health condition.
Intellect / imagination describes reported engagement with ideas and imagination. It is not an intelligence score.

Make a useful comparison
Keep the mode, device and conditions consistent. Familiarity, distractions and practice affect results. Self-reported traits and interests describe your current answers; they do not establish your ability or suitability for a job. Game results describe this particular run and are not IQ or clinical scores.
